Start by preheating your oven to 180°C.
In a medium bowl, combine the beef, and a minced clove of garlic and mix well with salt and black pepper.
Using a spoon, portion the meat into 12 kabab balls. Roll each kabab ball until they are round and bake them for 20 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and set them aside.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, add the marinara sauce and heat until warm. Season with salt and pepper.
Turn the oven setting to broil.
Cut each hoagie roll bread almost all the way through, open, and place on a baking sheet with the cut side up.
Place 2 slices of the Mozzarella Cheese on the top side of each roll and broil with the rack in the center of the oven, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
Spread some sauce on the bottom of each roll top with the kabab and add more sauce and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and drizzle Baidar olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, add your onion, stirring often until soft and golden.
Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Stir in Baidar crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bring to a light boil then reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 15 minutes.
Finally, stir in chopped fresh basil then turn off the heat.
