After the tomatoes are harvested, they go through several steps of selection, boiling, extraction, and cooking to develop the supreme, best tasting sauce, guaranteed to improve the flavor of your dishes.
The first and most important step starts with ensuring best farming practices are used to grow grown tomatoes.
Farmers use their extensive experience to hand pick the ripened tomatoes to maintain the high quality and sustain its sweet flavor.
After the tomatoes are collected, they are washed, sorted, and chopped into pulp.
Using a pulping machine, the pulp is pumped into cooking tanks and boiled. Thereafter, the juice is filtered through various screens.
The cooking process takes 30-45 minutes and is mixed by rotating blades. The temperature is carefully regulated to ensure absorption of the ingredients without overcooking.
Excess fibers and particles are removed through screens, creating a smoother consistency.
