Preparation

Toast your slices of bread and spread one side of each slice with Baidars mayonnaise.

Divide your smoked turkey and sliced egg among two slices of bread, Top with a slice of bread, mayonnaise side down. 

Spread Baidar mayonnaise over the top of the bread and place a layer of lettuce and sliced tomato. 

Season to taste with salt and pepper, and a slice of Emmental cheese.

Top each sandwich with the two remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.

Cut the sandwich diagonally in half and serve with chips.
